Hiring several warehouse roles around Nashville - any advice?

A logistics company in Nashville is adding people before the busy season. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime.

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
