Hiring several warehouse roles around Nashville after 11 years as a welding apprentice

A distribution centre near Nashville is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. Any experience at all would help. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

I applied for a similar job last year and the drug screen and background check took about a week. Bring two forms of ID.
