Hiring several warehouse roles around Nashville after 11 years as a recruiter

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Nashville, with day and night shifts. It has been a long 2 weeks. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.
