Hiring several warehouse roles around Minneapolis - what worked for you?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Minneapolis, with day and night shifts. Any experience at all would help. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?
