Hiring several warehouse roles around Minneapolis - 3 weeks in

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Minneapolis, with day and night shifts. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?
