Hiring several warehouse roles around Milwaukee - what worked for you?

A logistics company in Milwaukee is adding people before the busy season. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
