Hiring several warehouse roles around Milwaukee (update)

A logistics company in Milwaukee is adding people before the busy season. I am in Milwaukee, in case local advice matters. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
