Hiring several warehouse roles around Milwaukee (update)

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Milwaukee, with day and night shifts. There are 17 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
