Hiring several warehouse roles around Milwaukee - first time posting

A distribution centre near Milwaukee is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
