Hiring several warehouse roles around Milwaukee - any advice?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Milwaukee, with day and night shifts. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
