Hiring several warehouse roles around Milwaukee - any advice?

A logistics company in Milwaukee is adding people before the busy season. I am in Milwaukee, in case local advice matters. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
