Hiring several warehouse roles around Milwaukee - any advice?

A distribution centre near Milwaukee is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. Any experience at all would help. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Has anyone worked there?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.
