Hiring several warehouse roles around Memphis - any advice?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Memphis, with day and night shifts. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
