Hiring several warehouse roles around Memphis

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Memphis, with day and night shifts. Any experience at all would help. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Do they hire temps first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
