Hiring several warehouse roles around Madison - first time posting

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Madison, with day and night shifts. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
