Hiring several warehouse roles around Madison - any advice?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Madison, with day and night shifts. I am in Madison, in case local advice matters. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
