Hiring several warehouse roles around Louisville - what worked for you?

A logistics company in Louisville is adding people before the busy season. It has been a long 16 weeks. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Do they hire temps first?

I applied for a similar job last year and the drug screen and background check took about a week. Bring two forms of ID.
