Hiring several warehouse roles around Louisville - what worked for you?

A logistics company in Louisville is adding people before the busy season. Any experience at all would help. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Has anyone worked there?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
