Hiring several warehouse roles around Louisville - first time posting

A distribution centre near Louisville is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.
