Hiring several warehouse roles around Louisville

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Louisville, with day and night shifts. There are 18 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

I applied for a similar job last year and the drug screen and background check took about a week. Bring two forms of ID.
