Hiring several warehouse roles around Little Rock, electrician's helper here

A distribution centre near Little Rock is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Has anyone worked there?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
