Hiring several warehouse roles around Little Rock

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Little Rock, with day and night shifts. It has been a long 21 weeks. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Do they hire temps first?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.
