Hiring several warehouse roles around Knoxville - what worked for you?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Knoxville, with day and night shifts. Any experience at all would help. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.
