Hiring several warehouse roles around Knoxville - what worked for you?

A distribution centre near Knoxville is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. It has been weighing on me all week. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
