Hiring several warehouse roles around Knoxville

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Knoxville, with day and night shifts. I do not usually post, so bear with me. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Do they hire temps first?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.
