Hiring several warehouse roles around Kansas City - what worked for you?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Kansas City, with day and night shifts. It has been a long 8 weeks. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.
