Hiring several warehouse roles around Kansas City - any advice?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Kansas City, with day and night shifts. I do not usually post, so bear with me. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Has anyone worked there?

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
