Hiring several warehouse roles around Kansas City - 2 months and counting

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Kansas City, with day and night shifts. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?
