Hiring several warehouse roles around Jacksonville - any advice?

A distribution centre near Jacksonville is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. Any experience at all would help. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
