Hiring several warehouse roles around Honolulu, janitorial supervisor here

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Honolulu, with day and night shifts. It has been a long 12 weeks. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Do they hire temps first?
