Hiring several warehouse roles around Fresno - first time posting

A distribution centre near Fresno is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. What are the shifts like?

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
