Hiring several warehouse roles around Fresno - any advice?

A distribution centre near Fresno is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Has anyone worked there?

I applied for a similar job last year and the drug screen and background check took about a week. Bring two forms of ID.
