Hiring several warehouse roles around Detroit - any advice?

Nia Okonkwo · 2026-06-07T15:39:56.474Z

A distribution centre near Detroit is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I am in Detroit, in case local advice matters. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. What are the shifts like?

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.
