Hiring several warehouse roles around Dallas - what worked for you?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Dallas, with day and night shifts. I do not usually post, so bear with me. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. What are the shifts like?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
