Hiring several warehouse roles around Columbus - what worked for you?

A distribution centre near Columbus is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I worked as an IT help-desk technician before this. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
