Hiring several warehouse roles around Columbus - first time posting

A distribution centre near Columbus is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. It has been a long 20 weeks. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?
