Hiring several warehouse roles around Columbus

A logistics company in Columbus is adding people before the busy season. I worked as an insurance claims processor before this. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
