Hiring several warehouse roles around Cleveland - what worked for you?

A logistics company in Cleveland is adding people before the busy season. I am in Cleveland, in case local advice matters. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Has anyone worked there?

I applied for a similar job last year and the drug screen and background check took about a week. Bring two forms of ID.
