Hiring several warehouse roles around Cleveland, forklift operator here

A distribution centre near Cleveland is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
