Hiring several warehouse roles around Cleveland, customer-service rep here

A logistics company in Cleveland is adding people before the busy season. There are 15 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Has anyone worked there?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
