Hiring several warehouse roles around Cleveland

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Cleveland, with day and night shifts. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.
