Hiring several warehouse roles around Cincinnati - what worked for you?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Cincinnati, with day and night shifts. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Has anyone worked there?
