Hiring several warehouse roles around Cincinnati - any advice?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Cincinnati, with day and night shifts. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.
