Hiring several warehouse roles around Cincinnati - any advice?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Cincinnati, with day and night shifts. I am in Cincinnati, in case local advice matters. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?
