Hiring several warehouse roles around Cincinnati - any advice?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Cincinnati, with day and night shifts. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. What are the shifts like?

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.
