Hiring several warehouse roles around Cincinnati - any advice?

A logistics company in Cincinnati is adding people before the busy season. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. What are the shifts like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.
