Hiring several warehouse roles around Cincinnati - any advice?

A distribution centre near Cincinnati is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I worked as a bank teller before this. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
