Hiring several warehouse roles around Cincinnati after 12 years as a customer-service rep

A distribution centre near Cincinnati is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I am in Cincinnati, in case local advice matters. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
