Hiring several warehouse roles around Cincinnati

A distribution centre near Cincinnati is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I am in Cincinnati, in case local advice matters. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. What are the shifts like?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
