Hiring several warehouse roles around Cincinnati - 26 weeks in

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Cincinnati, with day and night shifts. I am in Cincinnati, in case local advice matters. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Has anyone worked there?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
